Customers are the primary stakeholders of the KPO Industry. It’s for them, the industry morph itself with better services, better workforce and better technologies. It’s their needs that the policy makers keep in mind when they establish regulations that shapes the industry. It’s their convenience, and the thought of their empowerment that pushes the tech vendors to distribute and develop latest technologies.

KPO Council of India, while tech-minded, is also people-oriented. It understands the needs of the customers. They require the right services, coupled with the technology that they can actually use. Furthermore, these customers need to engage with the right service providers who can scale their services as per their requirements. The Council’s single platform, where all the stakeholders can engage with each other, can now collaborate with the customers to:

Thus, the platform allows all the stakeholders: the primaries, the policy makers, and the tech vendors to engage with the customers at an interpersonal and an intellectual level.
